Because of the volatility of the precious metals market, all Liberty Gold and Silver prices posted on this site reflect
ONLY RECENT MARKET TREND
INDICATIONS. The exact price at which you will be buying can only be confirmed via telephone with a Liberty Gold and Silver sales representative along with an Order
Confirmation Number.
PLEASE NOTE: We can lock in
LIVE PRICES for all products 24 hours a day, between the hours of 6 a.m. Monday morning through 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
We can also take weekend orders that will be priced based upon spot prices at market open at 6 a.m. Monday morning. If you wish to make a conditional "stop order" or
a "buy at market open" order, please consult with staff to go over the specific details.
3. When placing your order, we will require your full name, address, shipping address (if different from mailing address), daytime phone number, and
email address. Please be aware that you are entering into a legally binding contract by placing an order with Liberty Gold and Silver.

4. For most of the products sold by Liberty Gold and Silver, there is no minimum order requirement. The few products we carry that have a minimum
order amount are so noted on our product pages. We offer free shipping insurance on all orders over $10,000. For all orders less than $10,000, there is a $20 charge for
shipping and insurance.
5. When you have specified the type and quantity of product you wish to purchase, we will issue you, at that time, a Liberty Gold and Silver Order
Confirmation Number to lock in your transaction price(s) and confirm your order. You will be given wiring or deposit instructions to our accounts at that time.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you place your order and receive a confirmation number, you have entered into a legally binding contract. You are required to remit
funds to us within one (1) business day from placement of your order. There are no cancellations or changes once a confirmation number has been issued.
The
details of your order which we recapitulate at the end of your call are recorded for our protection and can be used as evidence in small claims court if payment is not
remitted as agreed upon, and can be used as evidence in court for litigation purposes if payment is not remitted as agreed.
For orders placed by first time customers, we request a small debit or credit card deposit prior to locking in your order. This deposit will be immediately refunded after
receipt of your funds for the entire order.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders secured by partial credit or debit card deposit, for which full payment has not been remitted within our required guidelines (one
business day for bank wire; or by personal check, cashier’s check, or cash remittance at our office as agreed upon and stipulated in our initial order confirmation) are
subject to forfeiture as liquidated damages.
6. After emailing your purchase information to Liberty Gold and Silver, your bank wire or direct deposit into our checking account at a Bank of America
branch, must be completed within twenty four (24) hours. (Orders placed on Saturday have until the following Monday to wire or deposit funds.) All bank–wired
funds must be confirmed by our Bank of America representative and Liberty Gold and Silver LLC prior to shipping of your order.
7. Once receipt of your wired or deposited funds has been verified by our bank, we will email you a confirmation that we are in receipt of your funds.
This may be followed by a written confirmation, upon your request, via United States Postal Service.
Please understand that your business and privacy are extremely important to us. All transactions with our firm are strictly confidential.
SHIPPING PROCEDURES
1. When we have received confirmation from our bank of collected funds for your order, we release your order for shipment.
2. At Liberty Gold and Silver, time is of the essence. In nearly all cases, your order will be shipped within seven (7) business days from the date
of confirmation of funds. However, we are often able to ship within one to three days of your order depending upon our immediate inventory.
3. All customer orders are processed expiditiously and should in most cases be received by you no later than two weeks (14
business days) from the date of confirmation of funds.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times
CANNOT be guaranteed because of volatile precious metals market conditions that can, from time
to time, restrict supply, and thereby delay shipments.
PLEASE NOTE: For Baird & Co. rhodium products, please allow two to four weeks for delivery.
4. Upon shipment, we will email you a
Shipping Confirmation Memorandum that in most cases will include a United Parcel
Service (or FedEx) tracking number which will allow you to trace the progress of your shipment online.
5. We ship by either United States Postal Service Insured Registered Mail, insured UPS, or in some cases, by FedEx insured ground delivery. All of
these are the safest form of shipment for high worth valuables, and ship under utmost security until your order reaches your shipping destination.
Shipments will be held at your local post office, or UPS shipping center, if you are not at your designated delivery location to receive your package. If you are not home when
your delivery arrives, both USPS and UPS will leave you a notification indicating time and date of their attempted delivery.They are further required to make three delivery
attempts during which time your package will be securely held at your local post office or UPS shipping center until you are able to pick up the shipment and sign a proof of
delivery receipt.
6. All shipping charges on standard orders are paid for in their entirety by Liberty Gold and Silver, with the exception of overnight delivery. On
non–standard orders (orders smaller than our stated minimums), you may be responsible for shipping costs.
7. Insurance on all standard orders, irrespective of type and size, is paid by Liberty Gold and Silver. On non–standard orders (orders smaller
than our stated minimums), you may be responsible for insurance costs.
